06FAQ

Common questions.

What is the workbench?

The workbench is a free client portal from Automation Tactics: software-assisted AI enablement that documents and maps your workflows, scores readiness, and shows how AI runs on the technology you already own. It builds toward an operating system for your business.

Do we need to buy new software?

No. The workbench enables AI on the stack you already own, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Procore, and your ERP. Nothing new gets licensed or migrated.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The workbench is free to enter with three details: your name, company, and work email. There is no account to create.

What happens after the workflows are documented?

You leave with a workflow map, marked AI opportunities, and a readiness read, then a kickoff call sets scope. From there we document your workflows in 2-3 weeks, train the team in 3-4 weeks, and ship automations on your existing stack in 6-8 weeks.
